Spherical roller bearings are arranged with spherical rollers between the spherical raceway outer ring and the double-raceway inner ring. As the arc center is in line with and the bearing center, such bearings are provided with the aligning performance, with which the disalignment of axle center due to the deflection of the shaft or housing can be automatically adjusted. They can be used to carry the radial load and two-way axial load, wherein, the radial load capacity is particularly high, thus applicable to bear heavy load and impact load. As for tapered bore bearings, the use of fastener or withdrawal sleeve can facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the shaft.
Tapered bores are provided two degrees of taper:
1:30 (auxiliary code: K30); applicable to 24000 and 24100 series.
1:12 (auxiliary code: K); applicable to other series.
Tapered bore bearings shall be fixed on the shaft using an adapter or removal sleeve.
As for spherical roller bearings in normal load and working conditions, the angular deviations given in the table are allowed when the inner ring is rotating, but whether the given values can be achieved is determined by the shaft. Spherical roller bearings are provided with two rows of rollers, mainly used to bear the radial load, but also can be used to bear the axial load in either direction. Such bearings have high radial load capacity, especially suitable for operation under heavy or vibrational load, but can not carry pure axial load; they have good aligning performance, capable of compensating the concentricity errors.
1 Main Structures
(i) 2000 C, 20000 CC, 20000 CACM and 20000 Tn1 spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bore are shown in the figure below.
The arrangement of a bearing is determined by the design and sealed type of the same.
Structure of spherical roller bearing with cylindrical bore
20000 C type is provided with symmetrical spherical rollers, steel stamping cage, and inner ring without fixed rib. The rollers are lengthened, and the load capacity is high. The rib is guided by the inner ring, which ensures good aligning performance.
20000 CC type is the second generation of the 20000 C type, with reduced friction between rollers and the raceway and higher load capacity.
2000 CACM type is provided with symmetrical spherical rollers, a solid cage, and an inner ring with fixed small ribs and removable stop ring. The main parameters, rated load and limit speed of such bearings are the same as the 20000 CC bearing of the corresponding type.
20000 TN1 type is provided with symmetrical spherical rollers, a nylon molding cage, and an inner ring with no fixed rib and removable stop ring. The cage is guided by rollers.
20000 CC type, 20000 CACM type and 2000 TN1 type are of newly developed structures, thus prefered choice for use. Post-code) without changes in the internal structure of the old structure Spherical roller bearings (basic code asymmetric spherical roller, within the rings of a fixed small wall and in the wall, the friction between the roller and the raceway carrying capacity, be eliminated within the time limit, the product of such a bearing system, the new host should not be selected.
(ii) Spherical roller bearing with cylindrical bore is the variant of the bearing with cylindrical bore, with the cylindrical bore changed to tapered bore. For bearings with bore taper of 1:12, the post code is K while thosed with bore taper of 1:30, the post code is K30. Such bearings in the match with conical journal, inner ring axial movement can trace the adjustment of the radial bearing clearance.
(iii) Combining a spherical roller bearing mounted on the adapter sleeve with a tapered-bore spherical roller bearing with the post code K or K30 on a matching adapter sleeve, you will get a bearing with the post code K + H or K30 + H. Such bearings can be installed on a plain shaft without shaft shoulder, suitable for applications that require frequent mounting and dismounting of bearings.
The post code of the bearings above with one lubrication groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring isW33.

3. Permissible Angle of Inclination
The permissible angles of inclination are shown in the table below.
4. Tolerances and Clearance
Spherical roller bearings are provided with 0 and 6 grade tolerances, and the radial clearance of aligning roller bearings are in accordance with GB/T4604-1993 (equivalent to ISO5753-1991).
